Gentle and effective fitness classes. FLexercise is a blend of low-impact aerobics, stretching/flexing and strength work. Beginners welcome at this friendly class.
Thursdays (term-time only) at 11.30am for 45 mins at Pewsham Community Centre, Lodge Road, SN15 3SY.
Cost: £5 pay on arrival.
