Opportunity for New Trustees
As a charitable organisation, our strategic direction and charitable objectives are guided by our Trustees—a group of dedicated volunteers. We’re seeking 2 to 4 individuals to join and create a new Board of Trustees, who will contribute to our evolution and the effective management of the centre.
We welcome individuals who are passionate about and who can contribute to our mission. Your background, age, and experiences are valued, as they bring diverse perspectives to our trustee board. Lack of prior trustee experience shouldn’t deter you; we’re collaborating with Chippenham Borough Lands Charity to offer induction and mentoring for anyone new to the position of trustee.
Trustee Responsibilities
We are particularly looking for Trustees to oversee key areas such as bookings, correspondence, finance and payments, maintenance, and marketing. Your time commitment involves quarterly two-hour meetings (flexible) and an average of 10 hours per month.
