The Mental Health Open Forum is an open feedback forum for users of Wiltshire Mental Health services held on the first Wednesday of every month between 2pm and 4pm via Zoom.
It is a joint collaboration between Healthwatch Wiltshire and AWP Wiltshire NHS and is supported by a range of Mental Health provider/support organisations including voluntary services.
It provides a unique opportunity for people with mental health challenges to have “a direct voice” and feedback experiences about Wiltshire’s Mental Health Service provision.
Healthwatch Wiltshire and the AWP Involvement team will gather feedback which will be recorded anonymously and used to influence the way services are run.
The forum is open to service users, their carers’, or to anyone who supports people with their mental health and would like to influence change.

Healthwatch Wiltshire is the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. Its purpose is to find out what matters to you and to help make sure that your views shape the support you need. It’s our job to listen to people’s experiences sharing their views with those who can do something about it.
