A social club for older people with an emphasis on keeping active.
The Fitness & Friendship Club is open to all older people in the Chippenham area who would like the opportunity to take part in activities and gentle exercise. There is a small charge of £5 per session which can be paid on the door. Activities offered include Kurling (no ice required!), Bowling, Skittles, Quoits and gentle Tai Chi.
The club is held alternate Wednesdays, 2pm – 4pm in Kingsley Road Community Hall, Kingsley Road, Chippenham, SN14 0AS. New members are always welcome.
